Technical Troubleshooting – Command-line (CLI)
This article is for SchoolBench Admins with several commands that are useful to address system difficulties. You will require CLI access to your VM to execute. It’s important to remember that system stoppage may have similar experience for users, but the cause, and therefore resolution may vary.
